Empire West’s goal is to offer our investors the greatest return on their investment while still keeping them in the safest and most secure opportunities available. Regardless of our investors’ risk tolerance or profile, we are committed to matching them with the appropriate investment portfolio best meeting their financial objectives. Our company incorporates a stringent due diligence process in the evaluation of every potential loan pool so as to be aware of any upsides and/or downsides.
With 10 year T-Bills currently yielding 4% on average (which will be our portfolio’s benchmark rate), our portfolio target of producing an annual 10% rate of return makes an investment with Empire West very attractive. Plus any loan proceeds at pool closure can substantially produce even greater investment yields. As shown in the chart below, Empire West has actually averaged nearly 12% returns for our investors over the past twenty (20) years.
Empire West’s goal is to raise up to $300 Million in capital within the next two (2) years. Our intent is to keep each pool size to an average $3 Million up to $20 Million. This will make each pool manageable and easily customizable to each investor’s financial goals. Empire West intends to hold each purchased loans for a period of four (4) to seven (7) years, with the average being five (5) years. At the end of the period, most loans will be either refinanced, paid in full, or sold to another institution. At such time, dependent on successful closure of pool assets, Empire West will return investor’s original capital plus provide 50% of resulting net proceeds. If certain assets cannot be successfully closed out with borrower, Empire West may foreclose on underlying property and provide similar terms as described above. If underlying asset is deemed too valuable to Empire West, the property may be added to Empire’s rental pool and investor will receive appropriate compensation.
